The VIP status for each player is reviewed and changed where applicable on the 1st of each month and is determined by your monthly Action Point average over the previous three month's play. New players are eligible for their first VIP upgrade after playing in just two calendar months. For example: a player registering a real money account on 10th April will be eligible for their first VIP upgrade on 1st June.

VIP Programme Terms and Conditions
Your participation in the VIP Programme shall be deemed to constitute your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the VIP Programme is subject to the terms and conditions of the Programme. reserves the right to modify, add or delete these Programme rules at any time with or without notice, though will attempt to provide reasonable notice in all instances as appropriate. You are encouraged to review these general Terms and Conditions and the other VIP pages on a regular basis in order to determine if has amended the provision.
4. retains the sole right to interpret and apply the VIP Programme rules.
5. Membership in the VIP Programme is free and available to individuals residing in countries where such membership is allowed. Participation in some countries may be prohibited by local law.
6. Only individuals are eligible for membership in the VIP Programme. Only the individual named in the account may play under that account.
7. Membership is offered at the discretion of . may deny membership to any applicant. Any such decision to deny membership shall not be open to appeal or review.
8. VIP levels are reviewed and changed on the 1st of each month and are determined by a player’s monthly Action Point average over the previous three months at the ratio of 55%/30%/15% where 55% relates to the monthly Action Point generation in the month immediately prior to the level review.
9. Action Points may not be transferred, bartered, sold or traded in any way except in relation to advertised VIP Rewards.
10. Any abuse of the Programme or failure to follow Programme rules may result in the termination of membership and forfeiture of all accrued Action Points.
11. general Terms and Conditions also apply to the VIP Programme.
12. Decisions of staff and management about any aspect of the VIP Programme will be final.
13. Players applying for the VIP Tournament Access must have maintained the monthly Action Point average relevant to their VIP Level for the three calendar months prior to their application.
